Nothing as such. The top management is pathetic and the way they are running the set-up feels like they are running a school.

...an hurt his ego. If you are and 'Yes Sir' person you are saved - Zero benefits - Salary delays - No comp off even when you work on weekends or holiday

...ver time and on weekends without being compensated in any manner whatsoever. 2. Salary deductions even if you are 10 minutes late. Genuine reasons are also not considered. Official timings are 9:30 to 6, but you will end up being stuck up in office till 8-9 (sometimes even till 10:30-11) because of work. 3. No wfh even in dire circumstances -- medical emergency. You either come to the office and work or have your salary deducted for the days you cannot travel to office. If you have leaves, you can avail them. 4. Mindset of the leadership.

Its was great experience in the Everest Brand Solution. here i learnt new concepts of designing and latest technology also, another plus point is that my colleagues are very help full and i enjoyed there company

everything is ok there but growth is little slow over there, apart from this i don't have word to say any dislike of this company
