No fair compensation. Salary are like pennies. No fair Medical Insurance. Thanks to India govt atleast workers get the ESI. Staffs are not that fortunate. Medical Insurance is only for name. Timing is strict. 9:00 AM means 9:00 AM

There is nothing to like here except sometimes the sweet talk from higher management. The work culture is fully biased. The AVP here Vikas Sawhney is soft on ladies and the MD Daksh Malhotra is world's number one Micer. He just knows how to make each employee as Sweated Labour

The salary hikes is fully biased. You may be giving your blood, sweat and Tears to this Company but the management and the MD Mr. Daksh Malhotra doesn't give a damn. You may be performing best and giving best to get something good for a better tomorrow and one day Mr. Daksh Malhotra will bring his friend/known at your parallel chair at atleast above 80% -90% of your salary (if not double).

...tes and seniors are very supportive and very helpful. Company policies are good. Salary hike is fair.

There is a lot of error in their management field and they are not solving my department problems. Salary is normal amd career growth is slow.

Management and working culture is good . Staff behavior is nice towards other staff and workers too. Company core team member are very supportive.

I don't thik so is any thing wrong in this place, yes about salary is quite less in the beginning but it will be increase according to company norms and employee performance

Not really,compensation,allowances policy is pretty decent and as per market trends.
