...se with the previous owners who bothered more about money rather than services . Run by a group with a CEO as Dr Ratnadeep Chaskar who is more interested in retaining his job and salary than anything else . This is an institution which has developed an art of showcasing Expat Consultants to attract patients and then fleece them through unethical means through local Bangladeshi Doctors . If you have the means , go else where to get treated ....India , etc. Not a place to go if you want ethical and proper treatment . Feel for sad for the Bangladeshis who are trapped in this overrated organisation .

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
