...ont of your camera they'll not consider you working and punish you If you reach office 5mins late They'll deduct money from your salary In the contract they will say they'll provide training but there'll be no training except KT And then they will force you to sign a document confirming that the training is completed (that's how they'll trap you) if you want to resign they'll ask for money Work env is extremely poor If you think HR is useless in your company then here HR is nothing but a agent who is there to report everything to owner and make sure to punish you if you ask for any professionalism

Good organization with good learning , and time t learn new things.

no standard policies ,changes policies as only to pull down employees, rather than making them feel free to work, toxic environment, seniors are running this company only to secure their own high packages which are even not justifiable.

I have worked for 3 Yeas in the Evc labs and it was a complete nightmare. Firstly they will force you to sign the employment bond and No Apperisal was given at that time and also after joing 6 month they told to employees that if client pay the amount then you will got the salary and very bad Product they were having most the university has wasted their time and money by using their Product Unified. They fired the Loyal people and Very Rude CTO Amarnath they used to hire the South indian people in the company and firing the Loyal and old employee of the company. Owner of the Company mostly stay in US and No Mobile allowed on the Floor and NO Food/ Tea coffee allowed on the floor. They were give treats to you if you not work on the weekend for Client. Appraisal were given to Chatu Employees only. Relative and People from Other industry hired by CTO as Scrum master and many other posts don't have any knowledge of IT industry and Overpaid from the Industry.

As I joined this company in December 2022, and was laid off in just 2 month, I can only say it this company is hell.

Dislikes

No job security They have one application, which uses old technologies stack. Before joining they ask to sign one legal document, which is totally against employee favor. No training provided, but they will share one online document to give confirmation that you have completed your training.

They're Good at nothing just an Indian company portraying to be US based although they have no offices in US. Bonded labour kind of job with no security.

Dislikes

Management is terrible, HR is non-existent, policies are literally crap! Don't fall in trap.
