As a sales Engineer, initially I faced lots of challenges to travel and cope with the standards and policy of Organization but our management keep motivating to enhance my skills and to cross the margin of My Comfort zone, So now i feel very grateful to be a part of such organisation as it now offers full flexibility and independence to work and enjoy.

Evapoler is a growth based company. So there is growth opportunity for every individual in this organisation. In HVAC industry, Evapoler is emerging as a leading company with PAN India presence. The company culture is very transparent and healthy, which makes the atmosphere productive. The promoters of the company are very supportive and they have a listening ear for all their emplyoees. I am satisfied with my role as a Senior Sales Executive.

One of the best Organization working towards uplifting Eco-Cooling and promoting Green Energy. One of the best aspect of the company is it's Employ-Centric Approach, and healthy atmosphere of Learning and Solving the problems The Management is very supportive and work life balance is Quite Gud.

The firm, Evapoler Eco Cooling Solutions did a fraud with me. I was being appointed to handle the Accounts work. They were clearly known about my profile in core Accounts. But when I joined here, until one month, they didn't speak up a word about my role. There was already 3 Accountants in the company who were already doing all accounts work. So, when I asked about my role, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Gupta told me that you were being called for Stock Management which is the role of Stock Manager and not Accounts. Thus, my role has been downgraded to Stock Manager in the name of Accounts. This is a fraud with me. Also, the behaviour of the owner is very rude. They talk to me any way they want. They don't have manners. All the time, I hear raised voices for no reason.
