Never ever work in rapid research team here. Politics, favouritism will disturb your mental peace. Inspite of doing efforts still not getting appreciated because of biasness affects mental heath here. If you are good in terms with your manager then everything will ne good otherwise it will be a hell

Work culture is great overall. Peers are helpful and management is approachable.

Compensation is below par in some areas. Sometimes there are uncertainties with projects, which can lead you to be moved around to different teams which badly impacts year end performance reviews,

Company spends a lot in learning and development of employees. They have mechanism of fixing salary with post.

Management is arrogant, retention rate is very less, many key people from the team has left due to this arrogant behaviour of management.

Good Working ambience. Teammates are extremely helpful and management is transparent.

Variable pay is very less, fast paced, keep you on toes, hectic working hours but depends projects, average salary

I joined as a fresher and I liked the training part the most. Work life balance is there most of the times. Work ethics and culture is amazing

Appraisal is very less, Salary is decent but I feel growth is slow. Rest I dont have anything as of now.
