Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project . Very less appraisal even you have done very good work throughout the year.

Here the only thing that is good is your salary else nothing is good over here

Never ever work in rapid research team here. Politics, favouritism will disturb your mental peace. Inspite of doing efforts still not getting appreciated because of biasness affects mental heath here. If you are good in terms with your manager then everything will ne good otherwise it will be a hell

Work culture is great overall. Peers are helpful and management is approachable.

Compensation is below par in some areas. Sometimes there are uncertainties with projects, which can lead you to be moved around to different teams which badly impacts year end performance reviews,

Skills and development, got a lot of courses. That is actually industry specific! Also the pay is as per the norms

Pathetic work culture! 3 months of notice period and the Appraisal cycle is Jan - Dec but they won't tell your rating until March! And even if work for the entire year if you resign during Jan to March, you won't get any appraisals for Jan - Dec! Not employee friendly infact it is employee exploiting policies!

You get good learning space and get the opportunity to work with big clients Team and management is good, they are approachable

Dislikes

...eliver all of them by evening They are facing high attrition rate due to salary Also company is facing impact of recession, so there is very less scope of salary hike this year too
