Pathetic work culture Extreme politics No proper structure Too much workload which is not told at the time of joining They take you for different position and then load you with different works and expect you to not utter a word Owner plays major politics here and believes in divide and rule You are not allowed to speak with other department people or other teams If you are seen speaking with any employee the owner immediately calls at the other person's desk and starts enquiring about irrelevant things like what work is pending bla bla which is a signal that you should leave from your colleagues desk Break is just 30mins and if you get extend it even by 5mins you get a warning from HR who is here waiting for you to make a Slightest mistake so she can cut your salary and get into the good books of Director Salary is deducted if are late by 5mins in morning but no over time paid even if you wait back in office after office hours for multiple hours Extremely low salaries and no hikes Incentives is a lie and only shown on papers but not given Employees change frequently because no one survive under so pathetic environment Pathetic work culture Owner is the reason why people , does not know how to speak with employees, abuses them and to such an extent that he can also use F**k word if he wants. He also calls you mad, crazy and more more things., such language is used even with female employees. There are many more things to write but I will end my review here cuz above is enough to know the company is not worth it. Pathetic is
