After resigning from jobs, they will not pay your salary. They will only make excuses. Everytime they will say, I am in hospital, I am in hospital. And they will share 0 account balance screenshot shot.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i'm a part of team.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is not a matter to my self. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

No encouragement, no timely decisions taken, low stock maintenance, no hr & finance department, low employee support and morale, No on-time pay, very less pay, no organizational structure and proper planning and staffing. etc.,
