Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Good worklife balance.Job is secured and the company would take care of you in tough times. Good to start a career and enough resources available for learning.

Dislikes

No proactive communications. I wasn't satisfied with the salary hike i was given. the management sometimes look into the problems of the employees from them rather than asking our senior officials.

After resigning from jobs, they will not pay your salary. They will only make excuses. Everytime they will say, I am in hospital, I am in hospital. And they will share 0 account balance screenshot shot.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is not a matter to my self. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.
