No, they didn't supported during COVID-19 & still we are leaving like employed. Even they didn't given full salary for the period of before pendamic .

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is very less.they didn't given salary increment since 8 years. This is my first and last co. I am not satisfied my employer

Overall good experience in Security safety and Administration but no career growth and no opportunities to go ahead. No new technology in Security safety and Administration. Lot of paperwork which can be avoided by using email. No CCTV and no disciplinary action against the defaultee

Dislikes

Management is good but growth is slow. Most of the time the managers do not value individuals unique strengths. While apprisal my work and me have been unnoticed by the Managers.

The company was very well known as textile industry for exports quality, senior and batch staff were supporting nature, management also helped at critical condition and company policy was very stick for product quality that is a symbol of a well reputed company...😀

One of the old and excellent spinning unit with very great work culture very good systems to get the work done

Failed to some extent to carry forward the excellent systems set. Hampered by the workers union and raising demands of labour
