Top Down company culture is very unproductive and focused at trivial & inconsequential things but truly believed to be important. Trust as a factor is hugely lacking across the hierarchy. Chain of authority is always belittled from the top leading to ensuant problems.Employees are expected to almost behave as paid servants and just listen and beung yes men. A thinking analytical reasoned and logic providing well meaning professional is often illtreated.
Net result
Most business vertical got shut down . Several COOs were changed in quick succession. Most Deoarment heads moved out.
Very very sad becoz the brand could have been a huge and profitable one.
