Well the rotational shift for 6 days a week get tiring. And there is nothing new to learn. Your life gets monotonous

Nice people, awesome work culture, no toxic and abusive environment. Client focused work culture. Good work life balance but sometimes management asks you to work on weekends for some urgent and important stuff.

...mployees. No training is provided as well as communication gap is major concern. Salary growth is only for those who comes from competitors.

Overall working experience in EAI was good.

Growth in terms of salary is very limited. This is a MNC company but working culture wise it is just a normal Indian company where everything is controlled by one person.
