They cannot care about the engineers day to day life. 5. If one engineer interested in wiring, the company cannot allow doing wiring / if another one engineer interested in programming, the company cannot allowing to do programming. 6. In rare cases, if engineers growing in any field, then the company terribly spoil the engineer's mind. 7. The company easily brainwash fresher's mind and the important slogan is "the company will grow next month". 8. In each and every day, the company implements the new rules and regulations. 9. The company statement is "if you come on time then you have to go on time if any works you will stay and do" but the fact is most of the time there is no work in the company but will stay in company up to 9 pm. 10. Overall, in the name of engineering, they are spoiling every new engineer's carrier and their mind.
