As a new member of the organization i was welcomed by everyone in a friendly manner and as the Management also very friendly in nature, each person are nurtured by very good training and so environment having a positive vibe there are no work pressure flow ,this is a very good organization for people who are having interest in the field of logistics

Very strict at taking leaves and that is because of the type of this field.

I'm proud to say that I'm also a part of a network registered logistics company and am happy for I have joined a place where I can get a lot of opportunities to learn new things.

Since my joining I didn't see any negative environment around me as I had to know about that they value the employees' unique strength and appraising them by giving increments.

Likes

Team Work and Mentoring. I'm inspired by the way all the levels of management help each other to complete tasks by providing training and guidance. Happy that I'm working in such a well-disciplined and encouraging environment.

Dislikes

As I have crossed only a few months in EURO EXIM I don't have any dislikes. Im comfortable with the Mentors and Teammates.

Euro exim is not a place to work especially when you are a fresher. The management will dump the work on you and there will be no recognition of the work you have done. There are no incentives or monetary benefits provided. The work culture is very poor since the management itself separates people who work as a team.
