Compensation is decent, but work pressure is extremely high. Sometimes, i had to work for more than 18 hours a day. Work is not at appreciated here. No job-training provided. Also you are hired for one specific role but after few days they expect you to do rest of the work too with no compensation.
...e HR but doesn't know a single word about HR functions/ roles/ responsibilities. All your compensation and benefits left haywire because of negligence. There is one man show in the company, only one person takes a decision so called owner of the company. Doesn't know how to behave with employees. All focus is on your looks and not on the work. Lot of favouritism, politics in day to day working. No work life balance at all. No facilities, space crunch in the office. Come-work-go home and this is the daily routine. The IT infrastructure is pathetic. No teamwork, no work management, no leaves, heavy workload. All Saturdays are working. All the employees are insecure about their own job, they try to pull each other and try to prove themself superior so that they will get praise. Highly arrogant and mannerless employees whether junior or senior. "If you love your career then do not ever join the company, even if it is a last company on this planet".
CEO is very dominant also they give more importance to looks and not on skills. also late working hours. most of time saturdays are working. We dont get leaves .also there is too much favoritism
You will get an opportunity to work on different projects across industries(mainly industrial, energy, chemical, etc) with focus on market entry strategy projects or operational excellence. Major focussed market will be India or SEA countries. Great to start your career.
This is a disgusting company I ever come across in my life. I have seen people with 'lower IQ ' getting placed. People who never prepared a single slide in 2 years of MBA getting placed and what not..list of amusing(for non performers)/abusive (to actual performers) things keep on happening in this firm. There is no HR to look after HR activities...Was there for a period of 6 months...it was almost a jail term. Preference is based on looks not on experience or qualifications or work.. a lot of politics..co workers use slides created by others without them knowing..Team work is absent.People pull each other's advancement as they don't have anything to do but earn a press and keep on the shower of shower of flattery over Partner!
