Company policies are age old, not flexible. And not employee friendly. Affecting the employee satisfaction more after Takeover by new Company. Even after speaking to Ex employees, one comes to know that work life balance is very very bad.

Give minimum 15000 salary. And change the insensitive plans. And give the promotion at write time.

They are not checking the way... Employees how achieving their target in a right way or wrong way, they didn't appreciate work of employees, they don't giving traning time to time, and other many things
