No Shift allowances, joining bonus, no benefits, No education learning, no work satisfaction, interview will tell something and work will be something. Lot many need to be improved. Over all average I can give. Because many people will look for benefits. Now it's been 8 months still contract not yet confirmed.

1. If you want to waste your tenure by joining here. Yes, happily you can come and join. 2. Nobody cares you even you are alive or dead in the client place.

...ys, we have to go with LOP. 99% of the companies follow 24 day leave policy. 2. Worst salary package they give. 3. They will not give you a single penny until you hire to a customer during the joining. 4. No appraisal at all. No response when we call them. 5. They are updating in IT Portal based on the salary package. Not based on the salary we got for that month payroll. 6. No trainings and benifits. 7. They will waste 2 to 3 months of time when we join here by saying client had not approved your joining. 8. No proper communication will be maintained with the employee. Once the joining is done, you are done. Even you die and call them also they will not pickup the call at any cost. 9. Once the verification is done for one client and while changing to another client, from first onwards they will do verification. 10. During 2024-25 FY, they did not paid the money to IT Dept which was debited from our salary monthly basis. They paid everything on 21st July 2024. And we did not get form 16 till 24th July. It means we have last 7 days to submit. When I checked form 26as, they I came to know the carelessness of these stupids. Luckily the payment of entire month was successful on 21st July and we got form 16 by 24th that month. It means that they were playing with the money of employees with their carelessness. 11. No job security Note: all the above 5 * rating would be fake and given by their Social media marketing people and internal staff. It is not even equal to 1* rating. I would have given 0 if that option is there.

Every organisation has ups and downs, it is a responsibility of every individual in the organization to be together to reach goals in this fast growing generation. Hence dislikes is not relevant for me.

I resigned my job from Euclid innovations on February 3rd 2023, it’s been more than 60days I did not receive my FNF and relieving letter. Not even a single HR is available to answer employee concerns, completely dissatisfied with the way Euclid treats its employees, they did not Even help during the critical medical crisis when asked for assistance on PF withdrawal, till date struggling for my fnf amount and relieving letter, I don’t even know the escalation point of contact, not sure whom to seek for assistance

Nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

No job security. No hike and proper salary. They dont have any projects or clients just a some on finger count. Worst HR and Finance team. No support for employee upskill and growth.
