Everything. They compare everything and says the opposite, the managers they don’t respect anyone and give threats while working everyday like it’s a school, they have no idea about hierarchy and how everything works just wants to say anything that comes to their mind, does not listen to anyone and does not pay accordingly as they just want to cut wages out of everyone’s salary by giving unnecessary excuses and make false promises.

2 year was good but after the new manager came, everything was destroyed from quality etsy shop to single listings etsy shop, no quality shop was maintained, I really hate that senior manager still don't know, HR don't know 😢 😑

Manager getting involved in new business after know the benefits of selling international from india, they open the company and destroy the etsy team ....specially people who work in field and getting information about the products

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
