Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Salary in the company comes on time, Sunday is discharged, there is not much work pressure, the company has good behavior.

Dislikes

The company gets a lot of vacation time, it does not get much time; the site goes too far

Nothing. If you are not a fraud or not interested in fraud, nothing to like.

Dislikes

It is an illegal company. On paper, it is supposed to be engaged in construction and project management. In reality, it is involved in turning illegal wealth to legal through constant reworks and extension of time schedule. No job satisfaction or prospects for career growth unless you want a career in fraud. No documentation is provided, not even an joining letter.
