.... Salaries of the employees remains same and will not change at all for ages. Increments % are unimaginable ranges from 1% to 4% on basic pay which is ridiculous. Ppl can join here to get big co experience and should leave.

As my experience I feel good company and we get the salary in currect date so you can plan for it, management things we can't meet any person only contact through mail or phone all over Good company but if one project is finished next if available only they change otherwise they will terminate above thing only I heard.

If we request anything it will take time we can't reach at the time because they have a procedure for every request or work
