It's a consultancy company. Mostly they are the hr contractors. So mainly you have to contact with company is for salary. And salary is ok but timing of payment is good. You don't have to wait more time for salary. I know some HR companies, who didn't pay to employes on time. Some time it may be 6 months without salary. But Ethos HR is not one of them.

No job security. Because they are man power contractor. So they can not assure you for long term job.

I work with ethos hr very very happy but I have to now work Our desire is to take us back to Ethos Company in Mehsana Sp kacheri for post junior engineer .now no-one engineer in Mehsana so I suggest pls vacancy for old engineer for viswas project.

company HR are very supportive. the whole team of this company are good and caring of the employee .

Dislikes

they don't give my salries for 2 months beacuse of lockdown . and the salry comes too late .they shoud be working in it

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
