Likes

There is nothing to like about it. Very terrible experience. No ethics to the management. No timely salaries were given and top of that they cheat and fool employees with the false promises and commitments.

Dislikes

No cab facility, no cafeteria, no friendly culture, Team Leads pressures the co-members and takes the credits into their accounts and management gets fooled by them easily.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
