1. No proper HR functionalities. 2. Worst General manager. 3. Worst Academics Manager 4.Both for Male and Female employees treated in abused manner. 5. Travel thought the country. 6. Hire freshers and give industry oriented training in Engineering college in the name of skill development. 7. Cheating college and Employees and government saying it's an NSDC unit. 8 Different ways of trapping people is there in this company.

Guys, There is no review less than 1 star I have experienced worst situation because of this academy I have worked with them for vocational training program in SJBIT college of engineering(bangalore). Initially they told they will process the payment in 5 days but it has been more than 100 days but not received single penny from them The worst part is, we escalated this issue to founder Kiran but he is not responding anything like their payment process *All the positive reviews about this company is completely fake and it is given after begging from students *It is not sound of one trainer and it is the sound 10 trainers chetaed by Ethonotech *Students- Beaware of this academy and all the effort put by trainers is cheated by this company They took freelancers trainers and cheated them in payment .This will happen in one of the college manakula pondicheery

Worst experience from this team. Not giving the money of us.. we need to train the students of different college but they won't give the money of what we quoted.

If you ask me, I would be surprised if Ethnotech doesn't end up as one of the unicorns

Due to the nature of business and the management high ambitions, the cash flow does not seem to be smooth because of which salaries get delayed by a week or so sometimes.
