Since the institution is established as a public enterprise the overall objective is to serve the public and participate in the general development of the country. So to work in the institution is indirectly serving the public. This is the profound reason to like the institution. Besides, the institution is the only organization in the country that run the Ethiopian electric power. It is a big institution. Due to this it enhance to excell my professional skill. I have traveled through out the country and hence develop my skill of communication. Pluse, i work with my colleagues in team sprits.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to spend much time up to late night. Managers dont encourage and reward workers.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
