I like ethiopian latest and new aircrafts and also I like the work exposure. In ethiopian airlines, it is easy to be exposed for all kinds of maintenance with a short time. We work alot of jobs in one day.

...following are the worst cases to work in ethiopian airlines. . No job security . Too low salary . Bad politics in work area . Company benefits are only for few personnels . Very bad judgement etc.

we are all from different back grounds while we grow but Ethiopian airlines has its common working culture and discipline as corporate culture which all our seniors went through. we on top of team work we have our coaching and mentoring program and these developmental methodologies also contribute for more closer relationship. as usual we have long standing junior to senior subordination ethics. management to non management relationship is more of servant leadership type so that even new comers feel good environment.

well there issues which I don't want to put in air for reason of maintaining my loved company from bad image because it deserves best airline in the world stage too.
