Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

As I already worked here since 4 years and still doing n such a comfortable place for every artists. No mater who u are whether you are an actor, model, singer, musician or any art u do u can comfortably ask ur any doubts they will help u.... And in during my shoots I feel Vry safe because of their arrangements facilities they provided to me...and in this pandemic period they literally maintaining social distancing 🤣🤣 so... Much that even I got tired of using sanitizer and washing my hands in every 20 minutes there are lot of things... M really proud of working with them.

That u will get a tea addictor 🤣✌🏻... Jokes apart, their is no dislikeness from my side but yes their are many rule which I personally luv about... That u can't eat or chew anything after recording room and only 2 persons are allowed to enter at a tym... 😊
