...ented employees. Poor appraisal format we have and my company dont fallow norms. They even did not provide single document like offer, joining and salary slip.

Poor appraisal format they fallow. They even don't inform what they are planning. And the don't give single documents as per company norms.

Likes

Management makes joke if any employee asks increments. No reply from managements have to wait for weeks and months for replies. They do not deserve such a employees in this Company.

Dislikes

HR managers are not human resources Manager. No increments in company. Do not respect employees. Cannot give respond for a simple email for weeks. They will take months to respond a email or any request. We have to forget it. Even cannot wish for employee birthday. Says belated seems to busy ruling a country.

Dislikes

dislikes are subject to the amount of contributions that we served to the company. For 1.6 years ETG is my bread and butter, so it wont be good to express my dislikes.
