Good work environment.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and good bonus in every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent. Every Financial year management asking for manpower cut it seems they like to prevent increment.

There is no job security, it’s depends on management when the want you to dump. Work culture is good. HR is like a puppet, if In freedom mode , they took always silly decisions.

Luckily I have good boss. No growth in career, Plant cantina facility is in poor condition. HR management is under Local management. In all around heigher and middle management people only doing politics. Very tuff to stay this type of culture. Bonous and other waige is higher then other MNC

No growth in career. Only politics HR process is very lengthy Maximum higer management people are having attitude and using bad words . No fooding facility After resignation they will torture you
