ETASHA's culture. People take everything personally here. Less professionalism. They respect each other the the bahalf of their experience, age and total no. of years not by knowledge and designation. Politics is on the priority. Dominating nature of old employees.

Working with etasha is a wonderful experience. The place is filled with lovely people and excellent work culture. Here we not only grow as a professional but we also grow as a human being. ETASHA maximises our learning by allocating work as per interest and strength areas of its employees. Through out covid crisis ETASHA has been resilient and extremely supportive for the employees.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
