Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

It falls under the Times brand so parents are proud and friends/family get impressed about it.

Dislikes

Culture, hierarchy and lack of discussion to try new ideas even when there is a dip in performance due to outdated strategies being followed.

Bosses don't care about employees. Everyone is just in a race to earn brownie points. Employees are threatened on a daily basis that they will be fired or will have to take a steep paycut

Dislikes

The work environment is very bad and there is a total lack of professionalism. Supervisor also hurls abuses at team members
