The work Culture is superb. HR and other colleagues and superiors always take care of your health and your family's health and give you suggestions and time to overcome things. Also, working with a startup gives you opportunities to learn many new things and develop your skills in that.

Dislikes

We work on new projects to develop ourselves, but our existing projects get impacted, which leads to inner dissatisfaction. Working with a startup gives you extra responsibilities for other things, which sometimes become hectic and stressful because of that our major KRA gets impacted.

Dislikes

Working with ET money cost me alot of pains.. i made alot of deposits to my account with the hope to double it in 6 months. My account was closed down for no reason. With the grieve i consulted to REFUNDBACK agency i submitted my proofs too my locked funds were released by their professionals they intervened for me.

nothing much working culture same as in other domestic company

Dislikes

biased promotions & appraisal, working culture is not good working hours no limit even sometime sat-sun working without paid. senior coding skills is not good. No learning(skill development) no code review, no coding standers.

Likes

Very supportive managers, HR and colleague. Friendly environment. Job security is there. They won't lay off employees at the whim. Gives time to every employee to showcase their skills.

Not much as of now. But I would like to see more new technology stack

Managers are very ride and abusive hr are biased for their company higher authorities and is not at all supportive Manager gives promotion to his known or to those who spent on them
