...o begin, but here are some cons: -Terrible company culture and office politics -Salary is horrible!! -No training of any kind is provided -Employees are expected to work overtime without extra pay -Interns and employees in the lower rung are exploited mercilessly -Don't expect anything from HR. They are inefficient and uncooperative beyond measure. - Some interns are made to work illegally after their internships are over. Management and HR will lure them with the fake promise of a job offer and extract free labour, only to dump them later. - The gap between CTC and actual in-hand salary is humongous. HR will find ways to cut your pay without reason - Upper management won't acknowledge your presence and input - Managers only forward emails, play politics, and brown-nose upper management. It's the employees and interns who do all the work. - No incentives - Talent doesn't count here -Sales-driven organisation -No real value generated for clients -The claim of a flat hierarchy is pure balderdash. On the contrary, it matters a lot as to where you are on the ladder. - The company is riding solely on the brand name. Without the Bennett & Coleman tag, the ship would have sunk long ago. Conclusion: In a nutshell, it's a toxic workplace where you'll be overworked and underpaid. The HR often resorts to illegal practices with the silent complicity of the upper management. Both Finance and HR will find ways to fleece you. People with an iota of self-respect should avoid joining at all costs.

A geniune suggestion to all who are going to join this organisation that it's a Lala company . They never appreciate your hard work. No timely increment. Managers even don't know how to handle team, how to help juniors. Employees resign in a year even in few months. Just because of company culture. You will be lost if you join this organisation. Think twice or thrice before joining this organisation. All the best...

Would not recommend anybody to work in a hopeless place like this. They just have fancy parties, or outings and apart from that nothing.

Dislikes

Human resources and management. Apparently they have hire and fire culture, a lot of Favoritism, no training is provided, no growth, you have to be boot-licker to your bosses. If you won't then they would fire you very easily. There is scope for future, no work life balance, bosses will insult you in front of everyone, horrible groupism and the list is endless. If you care about your career and mental health please don't consider working in a grim place like this.
