They really give nice salary. You will be really promoted if you are working too good. If you can do buttering that would be your plus point. Best for Single / unmarried Candidate who have lot of free time and don't have much responsibilies other than work.

Dislikes

No coding standards, no proper testing, production issues, no fix work timings - you will have to work more than working hours and will be asked to fix production issues, you will have to do buttering or else you are consider as rude or something Similar. No job security, people can be fired with one month salary or one month notice, its mentioned in offer letter too where bad performance is not always the reason, people are also fired in front of me saying no more tasks for you with us, when they don't have respective technology work or project. Its small company and yet unstable which should be fine but again you will have to beg for salary slips too. When you will get laptop and something will be damage you will have to pay the cost from your pocket, read those conditions properly regarding same. In a nutshell, read all documents carefully all those clause carefully which can act against you, they are really used in reality when they want to fire anyone. And yes, I left job on my own wish and I was not fired in case you think otherwise 😀 You will definitely face retaliation if you have different openion than them so in case you have any better you switch job because having a job is more important than getting high pay.
