The job was at a mnc company and was remotely from home. Pay was good I like that they offered 3 days wfh. My exposure to big company and new people. Someone from their team is constantly in touch every week which is very different for a tpp.

Salary date is 15th and the management should consider salary date as 7th or 10th. Rest everything is great.

I worked under their payroll at Accenture managing Google Process n over all work experience wid Esytes was good

1. If u could pay on the 10th instad of 15th of each month that wud be good 2. the transition from Esytes to Accenture was a very bad experience 3. if u guys cud place us in some other company or notify that Accenture was going to put on their payroll wid their terms and conditions it wud have be better to search for another company

... team esytes for the amazing experience I had working at the food farms process. The opportunities for growth were fantastic and the pay increase was truly great. Thank you for a rewarding journey that I will always treasure. I also want to thank the management for helping me find another job. It was a big help during the transition. I will always remember my time at esytes fondly.

The whole company is based on lies. Management spend more money on own luxury rather than spending on Employees their salary. It looks like they close the company saying they don't have money just to fire people without giving them 1-2 months salary. After they leave, they restart the company with new employees. You can't make a career here. Also your company won't go anywhere if you work with Esytes. Save time and Find something else.

I appreciate this organization because of the boss who acts more like a supportive mentor than a traditional authority figure. He's always willing to teach and share his knowledge with anyone eager to learn. It creates a sense of a family-like environment here. HR also to supportive if you have any problem just tell her, she gives you solution. Thank team.
