Worst company. Worst Management. Full of politics inside the company. The TL and QA leads are few internal members in the company. They are rude, biased and connected with each other to keep the politics game working. No increment provided in 2 years. There was mass layoffs. No job security. After leaving the company and even after serving Notice period of 30 days and after completion of the handover formalities process they are not at all bothered of responding to emails and providing any documents even after requesting many times. This company and the owner does not know how to value an employee. Lot of biasing and harrasment in this company. Very poor work ethics.

Good work good opportunity fantastic work culture all the colleagues are friendly a nice office culture. i m thankful for giving me this opportunity to learn and prove myself Overall i am happy with my work and my decision to work in esycommerce.

This company of 7 people is head by a cruel lady who doesnt give leaves to employees. can ask anytime to leave the job. extreme micro management even for the experienced employees. Appraisals are not provided , they will say leave the job if you want to They dont have any clientele base and will ask you to do business development which is not your profile No quality management
