All people works remotely accept the graphics designer team. Those employees working from office in Kolkata are so nice and friendly.

Dislikes

1. The Project managers are literally dump. They behave just like a pion will transfer the message between employees and client, has no common sense. 2. Other project manager who got a promotion recently (may be) named b-h-a-v-d-e-e-p, maybe he suffering from dementia, will tell you to ask him everything before doing, when you ask him, he will not going to answer you. Every time you ask anything to him to clarify any project he will answer you "do you need spoonfed everytime". 3. The company was thriving, with designers producing high-quality work, until the boss’s daughter joined as a design QA. Despite having little to no design knowledge, she introduced unattractive Canva templates, where designers simply replace content and images(kind of data entry work). Designers warned that this approach would harm the company's quality, and clients have since left negative reviews, resulting in a decline in business. However, instead of addressing the issue, the company continued using the templates and began firing employees who made adjustments to the designs. One of our designers was terminated without any proper reason.

I get the benefit of working from home as a full-time content writer.

Dislikes

The communication system could be improved to avoid misunderstandings. I also don't like the timer system because it seems like my competence is measured by a device instead of my actual work.
