Salary is always delay approx. 10 or 11 , And there is no system how to work or running project , jis project ki jarrurat paddi bhi karne lg jaye h or is chakker m project delay hotte h Job security kya hotti h bhul jeo kabhi be laat pad sakti h

1- Don't go into Project Management or Procurement team - even if they give you your desired salary. Its just not worth the mental torture you are going to receive. 2- Its not a company - its a dosti nibhao firm where MD and his CHATU friend ( I endorse the below comment) The Kancha Cheena will always be on his toes to let you down. 3- The CHATU only knows how to shout and does not have capability to listen, major( RED FLAG). Its not at all employee oriented firm. 4-Even the RCM as just Dakiya (Postmen) where he will just forward the email either from client or PMC and miraculously believe he has done his part. 5-Coming back to Kancha Cheena - he will never listen to you when you are struck in an problem and wont help you. Someone let him know if I already had a solution to the problem why would someone need to see his face. Finally just don't join EPL and the narrow minded management. Kuch time khali baith jana but dont join in there. Cuz the day you will join within a week you will start searching for a new job believe me. I have been there.

... etc.Esteem project pvt ltd is EPC based and ISO cirtified company. About IMS. cooperative staff,Pleasent working atmosphare,Good salary grouth, Esteem projects is good for leearning and earning. The above discussion is well known to me.

• There will be no value for you or your work here. • Mr. Prasanta Shah is a smart man he is Nick name is "CHATU", he will never let you progress. • You will be humiliated in front of everyone if you make even one mistake. • Here, there is no HR, they do not approve your leaves, if you want to take leave also then you will have to go to MD. • If you are working and experienced and thinking of joining ESTEEM then think 100 times before making this mistake.
