Poor HR management Worst leaving policies as hr (Panchasheela)make her own rule and follows the favouritism. Don't value the employees who are serving their notice period or who worked for a long period . Worst inside politics. HR Panchasheela is a scammer ,if anyone join this company ,keep everything documented on mail or offline .

Do not waste your time here owner is very rude specially that lady who she says I am owner...

Fake, commitments, arrogant, in interview only they treat u like a labour so after joining you can imagine..do not waste your time and carrier over here.

I didn't worked their, but procedure is very great. Once you clear first round in your second round they point out a minor issue which was easily can be raised earlier. They should not be like this.
