Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. eSSL is a company who creates entrepreneurs, work culture is very good and comfortable. I completed 1.9 years in this company and now it is like my family. colleagues are very much supportive. Although higher management will support you if you get stuck in any kind of work or if you need their guidance. The lower level of employees is getting good benefits. Cultural events and programs have been done by management frequently. Overall experience of mine in this company so far is excellent. 10 on 10 :)
