Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The role demands strong negotiation skills and quick decision-making to ensure timely procurement of quality components. While the company provides adequate autonomy in supplier dealings, budget constraints and last-minute requirements can sometimes add pressure. Company culture is good. they celebrate all the festival and celebrate the birthdays of employee team outing and games

Dislikes

Department wise not good they don't give the customer priority and don't take the any new initiative for for the department. Co-ordinator are non-techincal so very difficult to advice them
