Working i the purchasing department at Esskay compuservices is both rewarding and challenging. The role demands strong negotiation skills and quick decision-making to ensure timely procurement of quality components. While the company provides adequate autonomy in supplier dealings, budget constraints and last-minute requirements can sometimes add pressure. Coordination with the repair and admin teams is crucial, and comminication is generally smooth.

Company culture is good. they celebrate all the festival and celebrate the birthdays of employee team outing and games

Dislikes

Department wise not good they don't give the customer priority and don't take the any new initiative for for the department. Co-ordinator are non-techincal so very difficult to advice them
