...ted to informed that they dont know how to behave .. they treat you like robot . They did not provide salary on time and with multiple reason they hold your salary . If you wanted to gave spot resign they are like no you cant gave that they send a false mail and gave a false reason and mention they terminate us because they did not gave you to do the spot resign if you have multiple emergency . My work life was hell here wrost company ever . Moreover they deduct your salary if you asking about your salary they said if you dont want to work here just leave .

...ey don't grant leave even after providing medical proof. Instead, they hold pay. If I take leave, HR calls immediately, speaks rudely, and withholds salary.

Interview Process .is Good . But Working Experience is Very Bad. In Porter Voice Process

...more than 210+ Calls to be attend Most of the day. and call flow is Back 2 Back. Salary is very low.according to call Pressure.. ( fresher 11K, 1 year Experience 12K ) Client is "Porter"

Don't work in eEssencea Infoserv, They are not given proper salary in time, they hold their salary anytime, they can terminate anytime, they don't give any payslip, they don't give over time amount, such a terrible experience, too much bad, I never seen this type of company,so bad.

No weekoffs, No holidays or leaves Even when you submit report of helath issue even then also they ask you to work if not they will put salary on hold No proper management Everything is managed through WhatsApp chats and grps only Not even one senior or TL will use mail, may be they don't how to use mail like cc, bcc documents sending because a lot of people are not even graduates Low pay grade Wifi and sim won't be provided by company it's out of your own money Salary cycle is 20 to 20 with extra 20 days on 10 salary will be credited Every senior(1year) and TL wants to show superiority they want us to call them SIR, YES SIR THANKU SIR They will send the joining letter, term and conditions only after joining the company that too after 1 month... Before that they won't tell you all these conditions..
