Organization is providing wide range of exposure in different product. Nice supporting management.

Nothing to say since, organization recall me again for better opportunity even after the several gaps.

Overall experience as team leader its good. Lot of things learned from Eseen speciality and lots of new innovation has done on independently. Before left the job it was good experience.

Dislikes

Growth as a post its not there. Company provided all benefits but they are fail to give time to time Posting as their culture is not post oriented, but actually team need management has to think of them by promoting or by appreciating them. But Essen has no policy or not in their thinking to grow the person due to the lack Management Skill. This is my personal experience myself may be wrong but truth is this. I wish Essen has to improve this kind thinking also believe the person to whom they have given the work by listening to the bottom order don't judge the Middle management.
