Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It's a new company in lending arena. A long story is still pending company is good but very conservative towards expansion. Sr. Management is awesome specially towards supports and decision making.

My branch manager Mr Vikas Patra behaviour is very bad with every employee. He is not man who support to anyone in his branch. I suggest to everyone who is interested to work with Essel forex Noida branch, Please take other opportunities in this sector.

credit process and Operation is to bad , no pressure on credit & ops , credit takes too much time to approve a case, very poor sanction ratio even at 18% rate , need banking profile at 18 %, very bad risk appetite of credit, cases took even more than 3 months to sanction , Non of DSA is ready to work, company is good for only credit and OPS dep. it's like a govt job for Sales I would advice not to join.
