NOTHING. Totally disgusting company. Very very poor management.In the office(kolkata) managers are useless. And in the site we employee are just on terrible conditions. We don't have any cook don't have any OFFICE(dont have A simple porta cabin) . They don't provide us a store kipper, don't even have electrician in our site. We 4 people everyday go site with 1BIKE. Here an Engineer will be a cook,electrician,helper,store assistant, supervisor, material checking all . Even sometimes we Engineer go ti pump for diesel for dg. Totally ridiculous. They(kolkata office) don't have any knowledge of direct epc Contractor job. They don't know any paperwork. We here in site managed for material checking in JUGAD (we go and request rather bagging to other companies for some equipment to check) because they even don't say some important instruments. Totally fed up. Engineer ka mazak bana ke rakh diye.

Dislikes

Totally disappointed. They even don't care for site Engineers as well as site-in-charge. Sometimes our site-in-charge go and checking the materials like supervisor . Whole day we migrate here and there because we don't have any bunk house or porta cabin. These people must know how the things work in construction site. And must know some paperworks. I think they even didn't work like epc Contractor. They worked before as a petti Contractor. And they don't know anything about tendering, bidding. In here en Engineer will be all in one that is cook,accounts,electrician,driver, supervisor,purchase dept. Totally disorganized and don't have experience abou construction systematic way.
