Being a ship owner company, the decision making is brisk. There is no red tapism. The organisation structure is flat. Top management is easily approachable. The work life balance is amazing. The family outings are superb. The soft systems for attendance, wages, travel and ship monitoring applications are brilliant.

Dislikes

The wages must be increased at par with industry. The variable component of the CTC needs to be done away with. CTC must be fixed. Incentive can be given or not given based on individual and company performance.

Likes

I identify the potential weak points of the organisation's moving assets with the objective of improving operational efficiency and compliance with Statutory regulations, raising the bar higher and higher, thereby being primarily instrumental in maximising the cost saving of the cimpany.

Dislikes

The top management's commitment and understanding of the need for implementation of the company procedures, is falling short by very little amount. The day there is strict dictum to follow the procedures completely, the company earnings will be as per the business plan.

He is strick & up to date for his work. People are so cooperating helpful. Work pressure is high but so many things learn like time management , he helped me in get all documentation n procedure for export.
