Work will be systematically done.every work documents arranged properly.Every day morning prayer has conducting.There is no pressure in work.

...ideas).Outdated softwares.whether work hard or not.same increment for everybody.salary is very very less, than indusrial standard.increment less than 2% per year.No recruitment for exp (more than 3year)due to more salary.Have to do multiple tasks.No timeline for any project.Still developing older models.

Low convenyance, only 2.70rs per km after diduction of 50km per day for field or sales job. Very cheap organisation. No promotions. When work for promotion, they will always day we will done but never give you promotion instead they will find your mistakes to fire you. Always show they have ethics , but when it comes to employee benefit, they have no ethics. Appraisal only after 3 years and max 2500 rs . Very bad organization don't join them. They are only to such employee blood and money .

No hike in salary. No promotion nothing. Company is not ready to listen the employees concern. No support from the top level management. For everything approval is required.

Essae is the first company to me good experience in that company I done my apprentice training it's amazing I learn lot of technical skills my teammates and supervisor also well supporter to me but about salary is very bad 10k with pf esi per hand 8.7k this salary is not satisfied to me life balance very difficult in this salary

...all and discussing stupid things and wasting everyone's time without an agenda. Salary - One of the worst pay scale for the employees, CTC break-up they will show high cost with unwanted components and what you get in-hand is peanut.
