...er level manager's can't value your work only they want business and collection. Their is very worse trend in company of taking employees of short experience and in less compensation for work through them company itself getting loss of repayment but the middle level employees hide it from M.D. and CEO sir because they found their failour about work and in last for knowing about company contact to any working employee they really told u the reality.

Great work environment and cultural. Manager & teammates are supportive. Company policy gud but HR appraisal policy and APP other policies are not cleared.

Dislikes

Salary range not gud and career growth also slow. Also they not paid overtime

The work culture in SK is nice, the leaders don't act like bosses instead are always present to help and advice you.

The downside in SK according to me are the low salary wages and hassle one has to go through for leaves.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
