Dislikes

...self as per market requirements. Not good in employee welfare or job security Not able to give the salary and expenses as per the time durations. Work on verbal basis never entertain mail conversation. False commitments.

... showing deep interest in work. But there is one type of work all over the year. Salary is not satisfied you and no increment provide after year and your designation is same after even 5 years.

Teammates not show strength and play politics. During working day if you take leave on your week off or for urgent work they will pressurised to give resign.
